Subject: White, Male, 28
The subject is standing beside a hatchback-style car on a semi-remote country road. Someone else is there, too. The subject is holding the Optimax® water filter by Brita. It is full.
"There's one," the second person says. and indicates a car stopped at a nearby intersection. The subject carries the Optimax® over to the intersection and attracts the driver's attention. She is a middle-aged woman.
"Excuse me," the subject says. The woman understands immediately that he intends to try to sell her a glass of water.
"Wait," the woman says. "First of all, are you going to use this money to buy dope?"
"No," the subject says.
"OK," the woman says.
The subject recites his sales spiel, which ends thusly: "What's more, this cool and refreshing water was filtered by senators Bob Dole and Jack Kemp, who both once ran for president, and Bob Dole was a war hero and an astronaut."
The woman buys the water.
The subject awakens to realize that Jack Kemp was in the House of Representatives, not the Senate. He was a candidate for Vice President, not President. Also, Bob Dole was never an astronaut, except in a Conan O'Brien sketch once in 1998.
