Ford runs like he does everything else on film: hammily. For the shirtless sequences of the second and worst Indiana Jones movie (dumber than
the Last Crusade by just a whisker), Ford's torso is handsomely muscularized, so he leads with it when he runs, and looks extremely goofy doing so.

The Human Stain:
Sinise plays Nathan Zuckerman, a writer recovering from prostate cancer and divorce. In a couple scenes we see him jogging to regain his health, though he always looks like his next step will be his last. He lumbers like a dystrophic Frankenstein who missed the step down.
